J.A. Happ for the Jays is fresh off a decent start, but lets not forget in the 5 starts before that he was pretty bad as he allowed 8 homers in those 5 starts. He now takes in a Chicago White Sox team that is hitting .294 against left-handers on the year. That percentage is 1st in MLB when it comes to left handed hitting.. Also, the White Sox have been playing hot as they have cashed in 5 wins over their last 6 while averaging 7 runs per game during those games. Although James Shields is returning from the DL for this one, he did pitch decent in his rehab starts for AAA. Also, Shields was off to a good start this season with a 1.62 ERA in his first 3 starts with the White Sox before landing on the disabled list. The Blue Jays again struggled last night and have only scored an average of 3.2 runs per game over their last 12 games. Including yesterday's upset, the White Sox continue to perform well in the big dog role. For this game we like the Whitesox to get the win.
